Processing wet materials or the generation of moist dust are among the main causes for exposing extraction pipelines to considerable strain and even to clogging. To implement an optimum solution, businesses can use our top filter, and remove dust directly at its point of origin.
Operating principle
A fan is used to suck dust-laden dirty gas into the filter's raw gas chamber. The dust will be separated at the outside of the filter bag while clean gas is led off through the bag's inside. A filter cake will develop at the bag's outer face, and will be cleaned off by pressure pulses given at regular intervals.
The agglomerated dust will fall back down, and will be evacuated directly with the material. Cleaned air is sucked through the clean gas chamber, where the blow-off unit is located, and then exits at the fan's discharge nozzle.
